Cut chicken, onion and thread onto kabob sticks

Cut up mushrooms, asparagus and orange pepper - spread into pan that can cook on the grill

Add 3 tbsp of sauce w mushroom / onion mix
- 4
In another grilled pan add pepper and asparagus, season and add additional sauce.

Put on the grill for 10-15 min add sauce so it does not dry out, rotate chicken
- 6
While grilling is happening make 4 servings of white rice- I use quick minute rice for a weeknight speedy dinner!
