In a jar add boiled spinach,garlic, ginger garlic paste now blend it for 5 min.puree is ready.

In a mixing bowl add puree,sattu, coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt mix it well.now dough is ready.

For stuffing:-
In a mixing bowl add paneer,red chilli powder,salt, oregano mix it well.now stuffing is ready. - 4
And make small lemon size balls now add stuffing and all balls are ready.

Now take a balls and coat with all purpose flour like this.

Now kofta are ready.Now take a kadai and deep fry to all balls.

Now in a pan add mustard oil and butter.now add onion now crush spicy masala (cloves,black cardamom,black pepper)

Now add other some spices like (red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, paneer masala powder,garam masala powder, termeric powder)mix it well.now take a jar and add little water

Make a smooth paste like this.kaju masala paste is ready.

Now in a same pan add oil, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped tomato mix it now add other masale like (salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, paneer masala powder) mix it again.now add kaju masala paste mix it again.

Now add cream mix it again.Now add balls and add water as required now cook for 2 min. Sham savera curry is ready to serve with chapati/ roti/rice/poori/paratha.
