Ingredients: 150 gram Paneer (homemade) from 1 litre full fat milk; 1 big finely chopped tomato; 1 cup Mixed bell peppers; 1 small finely chopped onion optional; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp kitchen king masala or garam masala; 1/4 tsp Dry mango powder; 1/4 tsp Asafoetida; 2 tsp oil; 1 tsp Cumin seeds; 1 dry red chilli and 1 bay leaf; Salt to taste; 150-200 gm Wheat flour Dough(Paratha or Tortilla); 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves; Ghee or Butter to roast

Ingredients

150 gramPaneer (homemade) from 1 litre full fat milk
1big finely chopped tomato
1 cupMixed bell peppers
1small finely chopped onion optional
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspkitchen king masala or garam masala
1/4 tspDry mango powder
1/4 tspAsafoetida
2 tspoil
1 tspCumin seeds
1dry red chilli and 1 bay leaf
Salt to taste
150-200 gmWheat flour Dough(Paratha or Tortilla)
2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
Ghee or Butter to roast

Make the Paneer from 1 litre full fat milk...

Now chopped all the vegetables like Peppers, tomatoes, onions

Next take the frying pan add oil, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, bay leaf and red dry chilli and stir fry mixed pepper saute for 2-3 minutes now add tomatoes, onions and saute for 2-3 next add all the spices to them and mix them well. Don't over cook them...

Now add the Scrambledpaneer to the Veggies and mix them nicely lastly add chopped coriander leaves and keep them aside.

Now take the Wheat flour add 1tsp oil and salt and bind semi soft dough and rest for 15-20mins minimum.

Take the small portion of dough and start rolling in the round shape Paratha or Tortilla
Roast them by flipping both the sides.

Now place 2tsp of Paneer Bhurji veggie in the centre of the Paratha or Tortilla. Fold them like the pocket or wrap.
Next step is to Roast them in the non-stick pan by applying ghee or butter.

Pockets are ready to serve in your kids lunch boxes or tiffins or in your breakfast or brunch.
