Cut each bread diagonally. Remove the hard brown portion of the bread. Apply butter on each bread. Make thin slices of cucumber and tomato. Put them on the bread slices. Sprinkle salt and pepper crushed on the bread. Cover with another bread slice and sandwich is ready.

Samosas are prepared previous evening which is already described in paneer soya special week.

Cut guava into slices.

One can add jaggery as sweet.
