Mix wheat flour, salt and ghee well to get crumbled like. Add water little at a time and make the dough. Rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into small portions. Make balls. Roll out roti. Spread sugar as required. Dust some flour.

Now roll the roti with sugar to make a ball. Roll the roti with the sugar stuff inside.

Roas each stuffed roti with ghee on both the sides on medium to low flame. Now the delicious parathas are ready to serve with masala curd.
