Spray baking loaf with oil or butter.

Combine egg whites, sugar, apple cider vinegar, water, 3 tablespoon of olive oil from that 6 tablespoon olive oil listed in ingredients and salt.
Whisk for 2 min.mixer speed 2.... or turbo 2 sec fpr 5 times.

Add the gluten free flour..the yeast and the remaining 3 tablespoon of olive oil.
Whisk mixer speed 2 ajd gradually 3....dough kned function 2 minute.

Transfer the mixture to the baking loaf we have prepared earlier

Leave it for proofing for approximately 90 minute.cover this baking loaf tray with a cloth or baking paper

After 90 minites, bake in the oven for 60 minute ; temprature 190 degrees

Omce its done, transfer loaf to cooling tray.
Slice the bread once its cooled.
