1 blocktofu
6basil leaves
2 tablespoonspine nuts
Olive oil
2 tablespoonswater
Tomato

Place the tofu, basil, pine nuts, olive oil, and water in a blender and blend.

Start assembling the dish.

Pour a portion of the cream as a base.

Place a slice of eggplant, cream, and a slice of tomato.

Continue layering like this (I made a total of 5 layers) and finish with a slice of eggplant, a few basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mi chiamo Raffaella, non si era capito 🤦🏼‍♀️, perennemente di corsa 🏃‍♀️ mi piace cucinare sano e la cucina semplice, curiosa in cucina e ogni tanto ( quando me lo concedono) mi piace sperimentare 🤦🏼‍♀️Non vedrete grandi piatto di carne perché della carne 🥩 non sono amante 😊.... prediligo pesce,legumi, verdure e frutta ..... e ogni tanto anche un buon dolcetto ( quando il tempo me lo concede )....
