Wash pet dry and peeled karela slit them and wash them drain water filled little salt in it and rub from outside cover keep aside for overnight or 1-2 an hours

Then wash them under running water for 4-5 times rinse drain water completely keep aside.

Heat up oil in pan drop karele fry until golden and remove on plate keep aside.
Mix all dry spices powder together and filled them into karela remaining masala powder keep aside - 4
Again heat up oil in pan once heated add all filled karela fry them

.sprinkle little water cover pan and cook karela for 4-5 min. Then remove cover sprinkle all remaining masala mix all well together.

Your tasty sabji ready to eat
Serve as side dish or with dal pulav chapati.
