Ingredients

6 croquettes
  1. 2 cupscauliflower florets (about 300 grams)
  2. 1egg
  3. 2 tablespoonsgrated Parmesan cheese (about 20 grams)
  4. 2 tablespoonsbreadcrumbs
  5. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  3. 3

    In a food processor, combine the cauliflower, egg, salt, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and turmeric.

  4. 4

    Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes with the convection setting.
