Any whole sprouted grain is good for health,especially for diabetic patients..

Steps
- 1
Take a moong in a bowl,
Give 2-3 wash (normal tape water)and let it be in water for 5-6 hrs. - 2
After that you will see the moong will be a little puffy.
Now remove the water and transfer the moong in a steel strainer,
Cover it with cotton damp cloth and kp it in a warm area fr over night or 7-8 hrs. - 3
After the time you will see the sprout from moong..
Sprouted moong is ready..
If not using the same time,then fill in the container for later use..
