Wash bhindi and pet dry them. Cut off top and discard. Then chop them into 1/4 -1/2 inch pieces.

Heat up oil in pan add bhindi saute for 2 min add chopped onions saute 5 min. add all dry spices powder mix all well together

Cover pan with lid cook until bhindis become tender stir frequently.
Remove and transfer them in serving bowl. - 4
Serve with dal chaval chapati khichdi bhakri pulav fulka oras side dish.
