4 slicesmultigrain bread or your preferred type
3.5 ozsmoked salmon (about 100 grams)
Genovese pesto
1little chopped pistachio
1little lettuce (optional)
Olive oil

Steps

Toast the bread slices in a skillet for a few seconds on each side or in the oven.

Spread each slice with a teaspoon of Genovese pesto.

Top with a few lettuce leaves (optional), a slice of smoked salmon, a sprinkle of chopped pistachio, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Mi chiamo Raffaella, non si era capito 🤦🏼‍♀️, perennemente di corsa 🏃‍♀️ mi piace cucinare sano e la cucina semplice, curiosa in cucina e ogni tanto ( quando me lo concedono) mi piace sperimentare 🤦🏼‍♀️Non vedrete grandi piatto di carne perché della carne 🥩 non sono amante 😊.... prediligo pesce,legumi, verdure e frutta ..... e ogni tanto anche un buon dolcetto ( quando il tempo me lo concede )....
