Steps

Take wheat flour, sooji, salt in a bowl.Mix well. Now add warm clarified butter & mix with finger tips.The flour should look crumbly.

Add sugar syrup slowly & make a tight dough. Cover & set aside for 30 minutes.

After that knead the dough very well.Make 4 equal balls from it. Take 1 ball on board & roll slightly thick roti. Take a heart shape biscuit cutter, & cut hearts from the roti. Remove the hearts in a plate.Cut out all the hearts like this.

Heat oil, slowly add these squares in it & fry them till golden. Take out on kitchen paper.

Firstly they will feel soft.But once cooled completely they will become crisp & flaky. Store them in airtight container for 15 days. Serve them as an
afternoon snack.
