Soak cashews and ground nuts in hot water for 15 mts. Add onions and blend.

In a pan add oil, add the gravy and cook for 2 mts. Add sauted makhana in oil, salt and turmeric. Add spices and mix well.

Cook for 5 mts. Add water if needed. Switch off the flame and add fresh cream. And 1tbsp tomato ketchup. Serve with parathas or steamed rice
