Ingredients

  1. 1 3/4 cupsalmond flour
  2. 1 Tcoconut flour
  3. 1 tbaking powder
  4. 1/4 tsalt
  5. 3/4 cupsugar free brown sugar
  6. 1/4 cupgranulated sugar substitute of choice
  7. 1/2 cupalmond butter
  8. 2 Tcoconut oil
  9. 2large eggs at room temperature
  10. 1/8 tvanilla extract
  11. 1/4-1/2 cupsugar free chocolate chips

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix well.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, whisk together your sugars, butter, coconut oil, and eggs, until glossy. Stir through your vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Slowly add your dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold through your chocolate chips. Transfer to the lined pan.

  5. 5

    Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until just golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan completely. (I bake mine for 20 minutes because we like them a little gooey.)
