Moong Dal/Yellow Lentils Chillas

Today's breakfast was moong dal chillas with coriander leaves chutney and tomato sauce. Lentil chilla is easy to prepare as a breakfast recipe , when you are in a hurry. Only chutney and/tomatoes 🍅 sauce are enough to savour this delicious and healthy breakfast.
I have used readymade moong dal chilla powder. I had homemade coriander leaves chutney and tomato sauce. So it was easier for breakfast.

Steps

Remove the content of moong dal chilla to a bowl.

Add two cups of water, little at a time to make lump free moong dal chilla batter

Grease a nonstick pan with oil and heat the pan. Add half a cup of chilla batter and spread it on the pan.

Cover and cook both sides of moong dal chilla on medium heat until they are done. Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
