I got fresh turnips, so I used them in soup.

Ingredients

  1. 2 largeTurnip
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1 tbspSoup stock cube
  4. 300 mlWater
  5. 100 mlMilk
  6. 10 gramsButter

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the turnips into suitable sizes. Mince the onion.

  2. 2

    Fry the turnip and onion in butter. When the turnip has softened, add water and soup stock, and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Put in a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Return to the pan, add 100 ml of milk and simmer to finish.
