Ingredients

6-8 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupKala Chana (pre Boiled)
  2. 1small Onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1green Chilli
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tbspLemon
  7. leavesFinely chopped Coriander

Steps

6-8 minutes
  1. 1

    Drain water from boiled Kala Chana and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  2. 2

    In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add Kala Chana + salt + green chilli and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Kala Chana fry is done, add chopped onion + lemon juice and mix well.
    Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.
