Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsCilantro
  2. 4 tBspOlive Oil
  3. 2 tBspLime Zest
  4. 1/2 cupLime Juice
  5. 4 clovesGarlic (minced)
  6. 2 tspcumin
  7. 2 tspsalt
  8. 1 cupChicken Stock
  9. 4Chicken Breasts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cilantro, oil, zest, lime juice, garlic, cumin, sea salt in food processor to make a paste

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock, then pour over chicken breasts

  3. 3

    Marinate 4 hours +

  4. 4

    Cook 8 minutes, quick release

  5. 5

    Remove chicken (shred)
    Thicken liquid with cornstarch
