Take a nonstick kadhai add 1 tbsp ghee and add shredded gajar in it and saute it for 3-4 minutes

Now add 1.5 liter lukewarm milk and kesar in it cook halwa in low to medium flam for 15-20 minutes (or until it become dry)

When halwa is dry complete and 80% cooked add sugar in it and again cook it for 10-15 minutes

Now halwa is cooked add 2 tbsp ghee and all the Dryfruits in it

Gajar halwa is ready to serve
