Cut the paneer into small square pieces.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour, rice flour and all the spices and with the help of water make a better.

Put a small cut in the centre of paneer and apply garlic chutney very gently. Dip the pieces in the batter and quote it with bread crumbs.

Deep fry it and if you want you can sprinkle chat masala immediately after frying.
