This is an easy aglio, olio e peperoncino recipe.
It will taste better if you do not cook the Komatsuna too much. For 1 serving. Recipe by Gaucho!

Mince the garlic. Sauté the red chili pepper in olive oil until it starts to brown over very low heat.

Add the small-cubed king oyster mushrooms, and continue sautéing.
- 3
Cut the Komatsuna into less than 10 cm lengths and add to the pan.
- 4
Add the cooked pasta cooked in hot salted water, and mix briefly. Adjust the flavour with salt, and you're done!!
