Today at the office we made homemade hummus, the traditional kind with chickpeas. We also served it with crudités. A delicious and healthy dip or appetizer, perfect for summer. You won't be able to stop dipping!
Steps
- 1
In a blender or with an immersion blender, mix the ingredients: olive oil, drained chickpeas, salt, black pepper, tahini, peeled garlic clove, and cumin. Blend and mix well.
- 2
Transfer from the blender to a bowl, drizzle a little olive oil on top, and add paprika to taste. Ready to dip!
- 3
You can serve it with whatever you like. I used crudités, so I peeled and cut a carrot and cucumber into sticks. It's also great with breadsticks or similar.
