Medium: fry shrimp. Set aside

Medium-low: add eggs until almost done

Medium-high: add rice. Mix and press down until dry

Add salt and chicken powder

Add soy sauce to sides of pan

Add spring onion, white pepper powder

Add shrimp, fry rice until it is “jumping”
