Soak millet for 2 to 3 hours. After that boil it in heavy bottom pan on low flame.

Check it, proper cooked or not. Now in a pan add ghee roast jeera & garlic.

Now add puree & dry spices. After 2min roast add chooped veges in it. Saute them for 2 min, add 1/ 2 cup water in veges for cook.

Cover the pan with lid & leave to cook veges on low flame. Now add boiled millet after check the veges.

Cook it more 5 minutes. Add fresh coriander in it. Now it ready for serve.
