Ingredients

1 hour 25 minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 1 bagspinach
  2. 1-pound Ground Turkey
  3. 1 candice tomatoes with chilies (with juice)
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cupquick oats
  6. 2 tablespoonspoultry seasoning
  7. 1 tablespoonDoubanjiang
  8. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  9. 3/4 cupketcup

Cooking Instructions

    Place the spinach in a colander and place over a pan with about 3 cups of boiling water (to steam)

    Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and gather all your ingredients.

    In a large bowl mix up the ground turkey. Add the Doubanjiang and poultry seasonings.

    Add the onions

    Add tomatoes and egg

  6. 6

    Add the cooked spinach

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture into a loaf pan

  8. 8

    Mix the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup and place on top of the loaf

  9. 9

    Bake at 375 for 50-50 minutes depending on how hot your oven runs.
