Mix flour with oil,salt and water to make a dough

Then allow to rest and make the filling

For filling, put d chicken add water, onion,maggi,thyme and Curry to boil it
After boiling the chicken, remove the bone and pound in a mortar till it becomes like a crumb - 4

Add a little oil on pan, fry chicken in a low heat add grated pepper and onion (optional), curry and fry for about 3minutes,then off ur heat.

Back to our Samosa dough, knead and cut it in to small pieces
Roll a piece at a time, then sprinkle some flour on one and brush some oil on it. Then put another piece on top of the one with oil. Continue this process until u add like 3 or 4, then roll until you have a thin layer - 7
On a pan, add this layer of dough and place on a and make sure your heat is very low! Turn to other side for also 1 minute then remove from heat and place on a towel

Separate Samosa layers from other and do it because it can tier👂 cut into 4 rectangles and mix flour and water for gumming the edges of your Samosa
Fold Samosa and fry!
