An amazing idea from my closet again for Iftaar this Ramadan and now for the awesome rainy Season. These beautiful looking Fritters are a real treat at Iftaar for your loved ones and as well as on a cold rainy day evening with your perfect hot beverage. Don't they look wonderful? Well! Yes, these are loaded with the goodness of freshly sliced Paneer or Cottage Cheese and some mild spices. And the best part is that, they are easily made on any day. Perfect for Snacking at Tea-time. A rainy day perfect accompaniment as well. It's a great one for any day.
Indulge in these yummy and beautiful looking Fritters or Pakoras on any day with a hot cup of your favourite beverage.
It tastes absolutely delicious on it's own. Flavourful and mouthwatering at the same time.
Try these for your folks and enjoy the Season.

Steps
- 1
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl at first except the last. Now slowly add water as required to make a smooth yet a thick batter. It should not be watery. Set it aside for about 20 minutes.
- 2
Meanwhile heat up enough oil in a kadai on a low. Dip each one of the piece of cottage cheese in the batter and drop it in hot oil very carefully either with hands or with the help of a spoon. See that it's nicely coated with the batter. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
- 3
Do them in batches of 2 or 3 or even more as needed. Flip onto the other side and fry until done on the other side too. Do it with a little patience. Do not hurry about it. Fry on a low to medium-high heat so that they get cooked to perfection even from the inside.
- 4
Serve them piping hot with a lovely dip or a chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
P.S Though they taste great on their own too. Yum!
