Ingredients

1 day marinating + 13 minutes air frying
Serves 2-3 servings
  1. 10chicken wings
  2. [Marinade]
  3. 2 tablespoonsKorean chili paste
  4. 2 tablespoonsrice wine
  5. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1 pinchchicken bouillon powder
  9. 1/4 cupwater (50 ml)

Cooking Instructions

1 day marinating + 13 minutes air frying

    Rinse the chicken wings in cold water 2-3 times and scrub them clean.

    After washing, place the chicken wings on paper towels to absorb excess water.

    Use a small fork to poke holes in both sides of the chicken wings and make 3 cuts on each side.

    Mix the chicken wings with the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 day.
