Steps

First of all take both flour in to bowl and mix it well, Then add grated potato.

Then add oil, Rock Salt, white sesame, seeds, Chilli flakes, cutting green chillies, roasted cummin powder, mix all the ingredients with hands to make stiff dough

Knead the dough, set aside for 19 minutes, Divide the dough in to equal portion,

Put it on a rolling board,roll it round with a rolling pin, not much thin
- 5
Heat the oil, deep fry all the rolled puris in to hot oil till puffed and golden, you can eat with tea or coffee, it's very delicious

For Farali flour (Fasting flour) barnyard millet flour, tapioca pearl flour amaranth flour & water chestnut flour)
