Put a pan on medium flame,add oil.Add cumin seeds.Add coriander,ginger and chilli.Saute for a minute and then add chopped cashews and raisins boiled and mashed potatoes,cumin,masala,salt to taste.Mix well.Set aside.

Take a mixing bowl and combine flour with salt.Add ghee and start kneading adding little water at a time.Make a firm dough.Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set aside for about 1/2 an hour.

Roll out small sized balls from dough.Flatten them with help of your palms then with a rolling pink.Give them a round shape and cut in half.

Fold edges into a semi-circe.Take the filling with a spoon and stuff in the cone.Seal the edges lightly with your finger.

Heat oil in a pan deep fry the samosas on low heat until they turn golden brown.Serve with green chutney.Enjoy it as a tea-time snack.
