Steps

Wash Karonda an chili with water.
Cut karonda in to two peices.
Remove seeds. - 2
Cut green chili into small pieces.

Heat a pan add oil heat.
Add hing cumin seeds. Crackle them. - 4
Add Turmeric powder red chilli powder.add karonda Chilli peices.

Add salt black salt fennel seeds.

Mix well properly it. Cover with plate for 5 minutes till it soft.

Open it.add sugar melt it.

Ready Karonda chilli sabji.

Remove from pan. Serve hot with roti paratha in lunch an dinner as side dish.
