Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1x 200 g packet Spicy Spanish flavoured
  • 10 mlbutter or margarine
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 5 mlcrushed garlic
  • 1x 500 g packet vienna sausages, sliced
  • 1x 410 g tin peas, drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter or margarine and sauté the onion and garlic for approximately 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the viennas and fry for a minute. Stir in the rice and peas.

  4. 4

    Serve with a green salad or mixed vegetables.
