  1. 1 cuphung curd, kept in fridge for 1 hr,
  2. 1/2 cupfresh cream
  3. 2 tsppowdered sugar (adjustable)
  4. 1 tspvanilla essence
  5. 1/2 cupmakhana
  6. Fruits
  7. 1/2 cupchopped apple or
  8. 1 tbspanardana

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl, add curd & cream, mix it well till a smooth texture.

    Now add sugar & vanilla essence, mix it well.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile dry roast makhana for 5 minutes, add in the dahi mix. Also add apple, mix it nicely.

    Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with anardana. Serve it chilled.

    You can add any flavour..eg..saffron, rose, mango etc. Also can use any other sweetner in place of sugar accordingly.
