Steps

Wash the fish fillet nicely and cut into big pieces.

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well to coat each fish.
Next heat a kadhai with mustard oil. Put onion paste. Saute for some time. Next add ginger garlic paste. Mix well and saute all together. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and fish masala. Cook till masala leaves oil. Let masala come to room temperature. Add masala amount as per your preference into the fish and coat well. Keep as such for marination for atleast 20-30 minutes. - 3
Next in a frying pan heat mustard oil. Put fish one by one, when the heat of the oil is medium to high. Fry the fishes till golden brown. Drain extra oil. Serve hot!

Serve it as such else, saute onion, tomato and capsicum. Add these fried fish pieces. Mix well. Serve hot..
