Lamb Shoulder Chops

Get the ingredients ready. Add the bacon to a frying pan. Season with half of garlic powder, half of onion powder, and half the sage.

Add the butter when bacon is almost done and crispy. Remove bacon and set aside. Season with the salt and rest of the seasonings. Cook a total of 5 minutes per side turning twice. Total of 10 minutes cook time on the lamb. This is to render the fat. Let rest 3 minutes. Serve with bacon. I hope you enjoy!!!

P. S. The bones in these style chops, are the best choice for sucking the marrow from the bones!!!!! I find them irresistible!!!!
