Ingredients

12 hours
  1. 1large pineapple
  2. Tablespoonfresh ground cinnamon
  3. Water

Steps

12 hours
  1. 1

    Chop the Pineapple.
    Top and tail it, peel, and remove core (cut into quarters to do this)

    Put the core and rind into a pan with 1 tbsp of cinnamon

    Cover and Boil (for 1 hour)

  4. 4

    Slice the Pineapple flesh and put in the dehydrator.

    Leave in the dehydrator for 5-8 hours

  5. 5

    When the core and peel have boiled for 1hour....
    Whizz up and sieve through a muslin cloth.

    Use as a base for tea, to benefit stomach issues!
