Steps

Chop the Pineapple.
Top and tail it, peel, and remove core (cut into quarters to do this) - 2
Put the core and rind into a pan with 1 tbsp of cinnamon

Cover and Boil (for 1 hour)
- 4
Slice the Pineapple flesh and put in the dehydrator.
Leave in the dehydrator for 5-8 hours

When the core and peel have boiled for 1hour....
Whizz up and sieve through a muslin cloth.Use as a base for tea, to benefit stomach issues!
