Jain Vegetable Tandoori mayonnaise Rolls

For making tandoori masala, dry roast all the written ingredients in masala section except dry ginger powder and red chilli powder. Combine all this and blend firmly.

For making mayonnaise, blend chilled milk and chilled oil in a blender adding salt, sugar and black pepper powder. Keep blending till you get a smooth texture like paste. Add lemon juice and 2 teaspoon of tandoori masala to this and refrigerate it till we prepare other things.

For making pickled cucumber, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper to the cucumber slices.

In a bowl, add capsicum, tomato and paneer cubes and add fresh cream to it. Add salt and black pepper. Give it a good mix and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

After resting, grill/roast all of these in a pan from both the sides and keep them aside. Do not overcook.

At this stage, we have everything ready.

Take a roti, spread prepared mayonnaise on it. Place grilled paneer and vegetables cubes in centre. Place the cucumbers slice on top of it.

Fold the roti from both the sides. Grill it from both the sides and enjoy this with green chutney or ketchup
