Steps

Take a mixing bowl, add atta & salt, mix it well. Add water slowly slowly, knead a medium soft dough. Rest it for 5 minutes. Add oil now, knead it again. Keep aside.

Take small portions of the dough, roll it, make a med sized roti.

Heat an iron tawa, bake it as normal ata roti.

Serve it with any curry or poha.
