Jowar dumpling with Veg Methi

Steps

First take a bowl.add jowar flour,add some salt,and add 1/2 cup hot water and mix little bit flour. Then add cold water and make nice dove set aside.

Make a small balls and set aside

Heat a pan and add 1 Ltr water and boiled it then add 1/2 tablespoons oil and add balls in water and steam it until cook it.then take out inside water.

For methi :- heat a pan add some oil add muster seeds when crack all it add chopped onions chill pest and soute it then add chopped methi and mix it add soaked moong dal,and mix it well.

Add red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder crushed peanut and salt and mix it properly,cover it and steam for 2 minutes. then add steamed balls and mix nicely.ready,JowarMethi dumplings or balls for eat
Garnish with ghee and serve hot.
