Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh curd
  • 1/2 cupchilled water
  • 2 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoongondhoraj lime zest
  • 2 teaspoongondhoraj lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/4th teaspoon shredded ginger
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin powder
  • 🧊Ice cubes as per necessary

    Take the all ingredients are ready. Shredded the ginger and Gondhoraj lemons green part.

    Take the curd,, sugar, water and black salt in blender jar. Whisk till 30 second.

    Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger paste and black pepper. Whisk till another 30 second. Add the ice 🧊cubes before serveing.

    A delicious, refreshing
    "GONDHORAJ GHOL" is ready for serve. Garnish with Gondhoraj lemon zest and cumin powder. Serve immediately.
