Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoya pulp(okara)
  • 1boiled potatoes
  • 3spoon carrot grated
  • 2spoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1spoon ginger chilli paste
  • 1/2spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2spoon jeera powder
  • 1/2chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2spoon garlic powder
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • as neededBread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    To a bowl add soya pulp, potato, carrot, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger paste, then add powder masala, salt.

    Mix everything well, shape in a cutlet,coat with bread crumbs.

    Heat oil and fry both sides to golden crisp.

    Serve/enjoy with sauce.
