Ingredients

3 ozbutter
3 ozsugar
2.5 ozgf oats
2.5 ozgf flour (coconut is amazing!)
3 tbspsugar / more to sweeten if needed
Summer fruits (berries, gooseberries, rhubarb)

Steps

Heat oven to 180

In a pan, heat rhubarb, gooseberries and some frozen berries with a splash of water and sugar
Tip into baking dish

Rub the flour and butter together.

Stir in oats and sugar!

Add crumble mix to the top, cook for 20 mins
