Steps

Into 750gm fish add 1/2 bowl maida and rice powder.

Into it add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

Make a paste of green chillies,ginger and garlic. Add the paste and coriander powder,fish masala into the fish.

Squeeze gondhoraj lemon and add water and food colour into it.
- 5
Add black pepper powder into it and make a thick paste. Coat the fish in the paste.

Fry the fish until it turns red-brown.
- 7
Crispy gondhoraj lemon fish fry is ready to be served.
