Lightly moisten the barley rusk with water and break it into pieces in your bowl.

Add the chopped vegetables, cheese, capers, and olives.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.

This is one of the best dinners—not just for the evening!
