Wash the Karonda and cut it in half and remove its seeds.wash curry leaves,mint leaves and coriander. Wash the ginger and green chillies and cut them into slices.

Now in a mixer jar add karonda,karry leaves, mint leaves, coriander, green chillies,cumin seeds,salt, sugar, lemon juice and ice cubes and crush it.

Crush all these things properly.This chutney can store for 5-6 days in the fridge.
