Ingredients

  • Halfkg shrimp
  • 1egg
  • Halfcup cornflour
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchwhite pepper
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and remove shells and intestine of shrimps.

  2. 2

    Drain it

  3. 3

    Combine salt pepper cornflour and egg.Mix well

  4. 4

    Add in shrimps and mix well.Make sure shrimps are evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Heat pan then add oil.Then fry the shrimps until cooked.
