Ingredients

45 minutes

  • 8mini croissants of 4 regular size
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 3large eggs
  • 70 gramssugar
  • 170 mlcream
  • 2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  • Topping
  • Powdered sugar
  • slicesAlmond

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Reheat your oven on 180 Celsius

  2. 2

    Cut the croissants into cubes and add them in a baking pan

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients and add them to the croissant pan

  4. 4

    Bake them on the oven for 30 minutes or until it’s cooked

  5. 5

    Top with almond and powdered sugar
