It's a good flour to add in your regular diet, it's a healthy version for all to control diabetes and other health issues... It helps for reducing cholesterol, Maintaining blood sugar and blood pressure, immunity boost, good for Colon Cancer.

It's a good flour to add in your regular diet, it's a healthy version for all to control diabetes and other health issues... It helps for reducing cholesterol, Maintaining blood sugar and blood pressure, immunity boost, good for Colon Cancer.
Steps

In a bowl take whole wheat flour, add salt. Then add jackfruit powder and mix it well, then add water gradually and knead dough like usual.
Apply some oil to dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes. - 2
Make lemon size ball out of it.
Roll the fulka, and roast it on tava first. - 3
Then you can roast it directly on flame, like shown. You can apply some ghee or oil on fulka.
Serve fulka with any sabji or curry.
(Note: There is no any change in fulka due to Jackfruit powder but I started using it in diet to improve healthy start of Life)
