I made this for brunch on a day off!

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1portion Pasta
  2. 1Salt (for the pasta)
  3. 5to 6 stalks Broccolini
  4. 1Bacon
  5. 1/4pack Shimeji mushrooms
  6. 1 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1 tspShiro-dashi
  8. 1 dashBlack pepper
  9. 1Bonito flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the broccolini into 3 cm pieces. Slice the bacon into 5 mm pieces. Shred the shimeji mushrooms and chop in half.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the bacon and mushrooms.

  3. 3

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Add the broccolini just before the pasta's done, and boil for the last 30 seconds.

  4. 4

    Put the boiled pasta and broccolini in the frying pan, and season with shiro-dashi and black pepper. Sprinkle with bonito flakes to finish and it's done.
